As you enter the museum, you will be greeted by a large portrait of Milton Foster Douglas. He built this house in 1854 with the help of his father, John Douglas.

Just below the picture of Milton Foster Douglas you will find some of the books that we retail. On the left you can see a quilt on the wall which is just one of many of our old quilt collection.
